Gian Luca Rana's Ristorante Famiglia Rana returns with chef Francesco Sodano, in a completely renovated house.

The Ristorante Famiglia Rana in Vallese di Oppeano, Verona, reopens its doors completely renovated after a thorough restyling and with an exceptional chef: Francesco Sodano.

The chef of the Famiglia Rana restaurant

Francesco Simone Sodano was born in 1988 in Somma Vesuviana. He has trained in many starred kitchens, most recently at Faro di Capo d’Orso in Maiori on the Sorrento coast (1 Michelin star), where he was head chef. A pupil of Oliver Glowig and Antony Genovese, Sodano has an international professional background that has allowed him to develop his own concept of contemporary and avant-garde cuisine. At Ristorante Famiglia Rana, he brings his original vision of the territory and local raw materials, combined with his personal history and culinary journey.

The new Ristorante Famiglia Rana was born from the vision of Gian Luca Rana, CEO of the Rana Group, and his desire to recreate a place where one can feel at home, capable of conveying territory, creativity, taste and technological research. A dimension that implies a new concept of hospitality, based on sensitivity, generosity and love for art in all its expressions, from the culinary to the visual. A new concept and a new path for a restaurant, the result of the meeting between Gian Luca Rana and Francesco Sodano, entrepreneur and chef, united by the same design vision, the same passion for innovation and research, and the same gastronomic sensitivity.
